I was born and raised on beautiful Lake of the Woods, in Kenora, Ontario. I moved to Winnipeg in 2003, in search of more opportunities. I attended both the University of Manitoba, and the University of Winnipeg, taking courses related to human anatomy and kinesiology, as I have always been fascinated with how the human body works.
I graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2011, and I have been loving my career as an RMT ever since. I am a compassionate therapist, who is highly motivated to help my clients achieve their goals through massage therapy, whether it is recovery from an injury, coping with a chronic condition, or helping with aches and pains that hinder daily activities. I've worked with the CFL for the past six seasons, and have had a lot of fun and learned a lot! I'm trained in Ashiatsu massage and use multiple modalities in my treatments, to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, and I will continue to grow and learn through future courses and workshops. I am happiest when spending time with my family, outside, traveling, camping, on the lake or playing sports.
Born into an amazing French Canadian family, and raised in the prairies of Manitoba. I love exploring our beautiful country, hiking and adventuring whenever I can. Animal and plant lover to the enth degree...except succulents. Don’t bring me a succulent - we don’t get along. I have a tendency to jump into things with both feet, and an open heart, and that also applies to my career.
I graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (Evolve) in 2012, and am a proud member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. In college I found my love for kinesiology and learning the biomechanics of the human body in motion. I enjoy working with rehabilitation post injury helping achieve an increased quality of life, but recently I’ve taken a bigger interest in Prehab, conditioning and maintenance. Continuing my education to better assess and address my clients needs to get them back to doing what they love. My free time is mostly spent outside exploring, walking the dog, with family and friends, or inside watching a movie. Movie quotes is a language I speak fluently. “Be good” - E.T.
I am a student of life and healing arts. Having been an R.M.T for 6+ years (Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, 2015) I have worked with clients from all walks of life, ages and stages.
With a keen interest in nervous system reset, I intend to create an experience of ease, tranquility and inner awareness. Trained in Hot Stone, Thai Yoga Massage as well as Sports Injury and Remedial Exercise, I intend to blend Skill with intuition for a great massage experience.
When I'm not working, I enjoy being with family, hiking and kayaking.
