Our Therapists

I'm Sarah!

I was born and raised on beautiful Lake of the Woods, in Kenora, Ontario. I moved to Winnipeg in 2003, in search of more opportunities.  I attended both the University of Manitoba, and the University of Winnipeg, taking courses related to human anatomy and kinesiology, as I have always been fascinated with how the human body works.

I graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2011, and I have been loving my career as an RMT ever since.  I am a compassionate therapist, who is highly motivated to help my clients achieve their goals through massage therapy, whether it is recovery from an injury, coping with a chronic condition, or helping with aches and pains that hinder daily activities.  I've worked with the CFL for the past ten seasons, and have had a lot of fun and learned a lot! I'm trained in Ashiatsu massage and use multiple modalities in my treatments, to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, and I will continue to grow and learn through future courses and workshops. I am happiest when spending time with my family, outside, traveling, camping, on the lake or playing sports.

I'm Emily!

I am a student of life and healing arts. Having been an R.M.T for 6+ years (Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, 2015) I have worked with clients from all walks of life, ages and stages.

With a keen interest in nervous system reset, I intend to create an experience of ease, tranquility and inner awareness. Trained in Hot Stone, Thai Yoga Massage as well as Sports Injury and Remedial Exercise, I intend to blend Skill with intuition for a great massage experience.

When I'm not working, I enjoy being with family, hiking and kayaking.

I’m Courtney!

Recently graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy, I am excited to build my career here at Summit where I completed my student practicum.

I have always had a love for sports and outdoor activities, so I knew I wanted my massage practice to be focused around helping clients maintain mobility and promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.

I’m geared toward providing appropriate assessment skills and pre/post sport massage including injury prevention and rehabilitation. Techniques I like to incorporate into my practice include myofascial, functional release (FRT), joint mobs, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated (PNF) stretching. I also offer general relaxation massage for those just looking to unwind!

I'm Nate!

A French-bilingual Athletic Therapist and published scientific author holding a Bachelor's Degree of Kinesiology & Athletic Therapy from the University of Manitoba.

I'm a family man, a life-long athlete, and a curious problem solver. I endeavour to work collaboratively with my clients by helping them to understand their injuries, map out their path to recovery, and support them as they crush their rehab goals!

When outside the clinic, I work in various sports & field settings like Hockey, Rugby, and Martial Arts. My experience with high level sports as both a participant and an athletic therapist has given me a unique and well-rounded approach to rehabilitation.

In my downtime I like to relax by gaming and hangin' with family. I also enjoy conquering the outdoors and staying active by skateboarding, hiking, kickboxing, and river skating.

I’m Kass!

I graduated from Evolve College of Massage in 2022 and have been working with a wide range of clients this past year. I love treating a variety of conditions such as headaches, TMJ disorder and injury rehabilitation but I can also do a relaxing full body massage. I understand that every body is different and customize each treatment to the individual.

I enjoy doing therapeutic massage and like to incorporate traditional Swedish, trigger point release and myofascial release techniques in my treatments. I am also certified in Rapid Neuro Fascial Release which is great for people with chronic pain or limited range of motion.

During my free time I enjoy going on hikes with my two dogs, playing tennis and spending as much time as possible outdoors (when it’s not -40). I love trying new places to eat and love a good iced coffee anytime of the day. I love to travel and am always up for a good road trip!
